We combine luxurious flavours with clean and functional ingredients, inspired by the tradition of Ayurveda. Just as when brewing a traditional chai, we infuse whole, aromatic spices directly into our ice cream base, creating a depth of flavour that’s both comforting and complex.

Growing up, my love for wellness was nurtured by my mum who taught me the value of cooking with whole, natural ingredients, and the interconnections between mind, body and soul.

Later, during my time travelling abroad, I began cooking for loved ones using the rich, aromatic spices that brought me comfort and reminded me of home.

Inspired by these flavours and the wisdom of my Indian heritage, as well as my passion for healthy living, I created Moonji to share these memories and values through ice cream.
